Lic. Kerby Rojas Alfaro
With over 27 years of experience in law and notary practice, I have specialized in commercial and real estate law. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of advising on national tenders and working with both public and private financial institutions for more than two decades. My approach is based on a deep knowledge of the legal framework and a strategic vision, which allows me to lead complex processes with clarity, efficiency, and a long-term commitment.
I am passionate about trail running, marathons, and travel. I find in nature and exploration the same energy that I transmit in my professional practice: dedication, balance, and determination.

Licda. Karol Murillo A.
I firmly believe that law not only solves problems but provides security and peace of mind to people and their families. With over 18 years of experience, I have advised national and international clients on legal decisions that protect what they value most: their home, their assets, and their future. I am a graduate of Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a specialization in Notarial Law. Throughout my career, I have focused on Real Estate and Inheritance Law, because I know that behind every property and inheritance there are stories, dreams, and families that deserve clear, human legal guidance with a long-term vision.
I enjoy interior design and decoration, because I believe that each space, like each family, has a story that deserves to be protected. For me, a home is not just a property: it is a legacy that must be safeguarded with sensitivity and strategy. When I'm not advising my clients, I enjoy family time and small home projects, because I also believe in the value of the everyday and the essential.

Annie Alpízar Álvarez
A graduate of the Law program at the University of Costa Rica, Annie joined the team to support the Judicial Collection area, providing effective follow-up on cases and close attention to our clients. She also collaborates on Notarial Law projects and stands out for her litigation and legal research skills. Her ethical, meticulous, and results-oriented approach strengthens our commitment to comprehensive, efficient, and human legal service.
